Not only one of the best espresso bar chains in North America, but quite possibly the world. The pairing of brothers Vince and Sammy Piccolo has produced some of the best espresso, and baristas, in Canada and the world. As of a couple years ago, they had five locations in the Vancouver, BC area. Since then, the chain has gone through some ownership shifts and grown to 14 outlets by 2010 - with plans to expand to Toronto, Montreal, New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles. But they can still boast the Canadian Barista Champion every year since the competition's inception.
