Few businesses have had such worldwide effects on the production of food and eating habits around the world. Most of these effects have been quite terrifying, to be brutally honest. (Few things are scarier than having a clown inspire you get a colonoscopy.) While they are one of the world's leaders at setting the low bar for human consumption habits, their coffee isn't outright terrible. In fact, sometimes it's half palatable if you have no other choice. No wonder why Starbucks is scared after inviting them on as direct competition as they grew.
