We're always leery of any coffee business that uses the word "spro" in their advertising and literature, and this one is no exception. But this tiny café chain won the 2008 Best Seattle Coffee on CitySearch - at least the original University location. That year they also opened a storefront near Pioneer Square. Their employees are dedicated coffee fans and experimentalists.
