"Natural and Superior" - their goal was to provide the best coffee in San Francisco. They've given it a valiant try, but their espresso hasn't made a dent among SF's best. Now it's questionable if their two SF locations will remain in business.
That was back in 2005. As of 2010, their Web site has disappeared and they did open a second café after quickly closing their first at 450 Sansome. But gone is any pretense about making "the best" coffee in SF. Adam's Organic has been replaced with Peerless Coffee. And with a name like theirs, who would try the tea?
