Starbucks is the latest to gobble up this small chain that also originated in Seattle, and unfortunately it looks to be the last. TI introduced the use hand-painted Deruta ceramic cups, latte art, and more highly skilled baristas to the few markets they entered. Now Starbucks put an end to all their shenanigans in San Francisco, and it's probably just a matter of time before their Seattle shops are left for dead.
