Everybody loves Phil, aka Phil Jaber. He is a hell of a friendly guy and he loves his coffee. However, go into one of Phil's stores (this main one formerly known as Gateway Market) and ask about the beans blended in one of his many roasts and you won't get a straight answer. Instead, you'll get some obscure snake oil-like description based in adjectives, not nouns. But the real crime is that Phil's staff can't make an drinkable espresso to save their lives, so stick with the drip.
