There are a few human and environmental factors that also affect the overall enjoyment of an espresso-sipping experience. In this guide, I've included ratings of ambiance, presentation, barista skill and professionalism, and how savvy an establishment generally is about quality espresso - all rated on a similar 10-point scale.
