Review
"Downtown" location of this chain fills its few tables up quickly, so prepare to share. Inside a barn-like building with yellow sponge paint, this place is packed with locals. Their equipment is supplied by Santa Cruz's own Pacific Espresso. Using a two-group Rio, they produce a medium-brown crema with a rather flat flavor that doesn't veer too far from drip coffee. I expect more from a supposed local roasting institution.
