Notes
Hard-to-find machines of limited production. The only one I've long known in the city was presented to Francis Ford Coppola by Dr. Illy himself. Since then, a two-group BOSCO has turned up for the single origin espresso bar at Blue Bottle Cafe. There is also a four-group at Caffé Vita in Seattle.
