For a small, relatively obscure machine manufacturer, their lineage is quite storied. Bruno Dalla Corte started making machines in 1947, and he helped develop the infamous E61 group head. He later developed his own machine, La Cosmo, which ultimately became La Spaziale. He and his son, Paolo, founded their own business in Milan in 2001. Their machine lines are more famous for technical innovations such as group head stability and control - or precise control of the brewing temperature at the point which coffee comes into contact with hot water.
