Marco Brutti's espresso machine manufacturing company is something of a slight enigma. Rather than farm out the production of parts overseas for assembly in Italy, he's dedicated his company to complete fabrication at their Italy-based factory in Scomigo di Conegliano. As a result (among other influences), the low production of these machines make them a rarer find but one of excellent quality.
Their commercial BFC and Diadema (http://www.grimac.com/diadema.html) lines, combined with their La Valentina prosumer lines for home use, are distributed in the U.S. under the Grimac Royal Falcon Corp.
A line like Diadema consists of 2-, 3-, and 4-group stainless steel espresso machines, whereas the La Valentina line is typically single-group. One of their unusual characteristics is their single-boiler, heat exchanger design.
