Small bakery/café with only outdoor seating among several patio tables & chairs (some with parasols) in a gravel patio. French baked goods bring travellers far and wide. However, they do a largely "paper cup" coffee business. Using a three-group UNIC Tri Diva, they will pour directly into into any Illy logo IPA cup. Served with a pale crema of decent thickness - despite its immense volume. It's surprisingly not bitter for its size, however. They use Illy pods and produce a cup with a thinner Illy flavor of mild spice and seasoned wood. Unfortunately they use their fresher Equator Estate Coffees exclusively for drip coffee and not espresso.
