This Thomas Keller French bistro in the Napa wine country (like its Las Vegas counterpart) has good food, a casual and boisterous atmosphere, and arguably the most lint I've ever been covered with while sitting at a dining table. Like their bakery/café next door, they use a three-group UNIC Tri Diva with Illy pods for their espresso. Except here, the resulting cup is shorter and more full-bodied, with a thinner layer of medium-brown crema. Served in a Bouchon-branded Pillivuyt cup. It has a little more potent version of the spice-and-wood Illy flavor you would expect.
