While a tiny kiosk of a café, you'll be surprised that the espresso here is actually pretty good - and better than in most American airports. Located next to the Subway stand, they use a shiny silver two-group Astoria to pull shots with some deliberate timing. The result has a decent medium brown crema with some richness and thin striping - something quite rare in India. (And yet the barista pre-grinds lots of beans sometimes many minutes in advance.) It has a good body and a smooth flavor of robust spices and cloves. Oddly enough, this is one of the better espressos we had in India - and it is better than anything Chicago's O'Hare Airport had to offer. Rs. 34. ("Espresso Americano": Rs. 35)
