This installment of Vida e Caffè sits on the lower level of the V&A Waterfront mall among several other eateries in the hallway. They sport the usual Vida branding, with a number of café tables and chairs sprawled out in front of the counter. There are also several stools among taller café tables. From a white, three-group WEGA, they pull shots with a swirled dark and light brown crema (R10.50). The body is a bit thin, and the flavor isn't very distinctive: no chocolate, no brightness, no fruit -- just simple herbal pungency in a cup. They offer the usual substantial milk frothing, including legitimate cappuccinos.
