| Chain bakery with an emphasis on breads. Vast indoor seating with many stools along the window-facing counter. Typical fast-food-like chain bakery interior. Single group UNIC Diva handles their light espresso traffic. Espresso (a blend made by Pacific Espresso of Santa Cruz) is served pitch black, lukewarm, and with no crema. Unusual texture gives it more of an ashy flavor without tasting burnt. Staff is pretty clueless about their coffee. |
