Busy Ferry Building restaurant with an even busier bar serves high-end Vietnamese food. Views of the Bay Bridge along glass windows. Using a three-group Elektra machine, they produce arguably some of the best espresso made with Illy coffee anywhere - and some of the best restaurant espresso I've ever had. They serve espresso with a somewhat thin, dark crema with a coagulated texture. Served appropriately short, which helps give it a serious honey-like sweetness, in classic brown Nuova Point cups.
