One of what was once two Starbucks on this block that are only 3 doors apart. This one appears to be indoor seating only. Friendly, but rather unskilled, staff. Barista Dee posts her recommendations for coffee drinks on a chalkboard, and they inevitably sound more like dessert than coffee. They serve espresso with a decent layer of swirling, medium brown crema. And the pour is exactly the right size (about three sips), so the flavor doesn't suffer from over-extraction. In fact, it has a rather intense bite of strong tobacco and ashiness.
