Notes
Ritual Roasters grew up on Portland's Stumptown Roasters, but they have since brought their own roasting in-house. They roast a number of named espresso blends plus a rotation of seasonal espresso blends. Some of the seasonal blends can be good (e.g., Evil Twin), while others can be a bit of an experimental failure lacking good taste quality controls (e.g., Five Candles). They roast a number of single origin coffees as well as they become available (seasonal).
