While larger Italian coffee roasters don't carry the same stigma as they do in the U.S., this is one micro-roaster that receives a lot of praise from Italians. It has close ties with Slow Food, which is part of it. Another part is their "coffee maestro", Piero Dezzani. But they offer a wide variety of rare coffees from around the world -- even as options for your cup at the café.
