This coffee roaster in east Santa Cruz is owned by two jazz-loving organists, which is sometimes reflected in the names of their blends. They also offer single origins as well (lately with a heavy emphasis on El Salvador farms). Next door to their roaster, with beautiful Probat on display in front, is their spacious, original café.
