Roaster that deals heavily with the high-volume food service industry. They're one of the three main suppliers to McDonald's. While they do have a longer history, the fact that they boldly call their coffee "gourmet" everywhere gives some indication of how dated their thinking might be. No single origins here as they deal with massive lots of the stuff.
