Notes
A local North Bay microroaster that uses a SASA SAMIAC on the premises of their café near the town railroad tracks. They are decidedly an established (i.e., not "new wave") roaster - which places them at odds with the running press darlings. However, their Espresso Italiano blend is one of the best we've tried for home use as an espresso: balanced, a darkly rich crema that lasts for weeks, etc.
