As the South African "I Love Coffee" blog put it, Africa represents the beginning of mankind in the world. So it's fitting that Origin represents the beginning of quality coffee in South Africa with its founding in 2006. They are the first true artisan roastery of the region. Wedged between an antique mosque and The Hudson in De Waterkant village, their café/roasting operation spills over three stories and two streets.
