| Known as a Bologna, Italy-based global manufacturer of household espresso machines, today they focus on capsule machines (pods) and claim to have invented the superautomatic espresso machine some 20 years ago. They also sell branded retail, roasted coffee direct to consumers. They also have a single Saeco Caffè we found in Cape Town, South Africa as a showcase for their machines and coffee in a retail environment - not unlike the Nespresso showrooms everywhere. |
