Not to be confused with the Roast Coffee Company in Milwaukee, WI (they really need more original names than this, don't you think?), this microlot roasting company is a 2008 collaboration between SF-based based wine & spirits director, Andrew Green, and local master roaster Alex Roberts. They employ small batch roasting techniques, using a vintage Probat roaster, and source from organic, shade grown, and fair trade sources whenever possible.
