Although they roast in Oakland, where rents are cheap and 20-lb bags of roasted coffee can be filled quickly, the primary front is their coffee bar in Nob Hill, SF. They roast an espresso blend of 6-7 beans (Costa Rican-based) plus a handful of single origin coffees.
