Technically with roasting operations near Redwood City, CA, Wrecking Ball Coffee Roasters cohabits the Firehouse 8 event space in San Francisco as their only retail location. Trish Rothgeb (née Skeie) may have coined coffee's use of the abhorrent term "Third Wave", but don't hold that against her: she's been roasting for over 20 years, going back to her role as Director of roasting operations back at Seattle's Zoka and beyond.
This ain't no bouquet-of-flowers-and-chewing-gum roasting style either. It's coffee that tastes like good coffee -- not tea. We like that.
