Extensive full-service coffee and espresso operation -- from barista training to bean roasting to two Seattle cafés. They offer an extensive variety of over 20 kinds of roasted coffee: organic, decaf, blends, single origin, etc. They have since opened cafés in Kirkland, WA and three in Japan.
